Hello
I am Jingyu / Kye Li.
I am a first-year grad student at Duke University. During my undergraduate studies, I majored in Computer Science. However, through courses such as Computer Organization, Digital Logic, and Operating Systems, I gradually discovered my deep interest in the hardware aspect of computers. I am always fascinated by how transistors, when assembled into logic gates and higher-level circuits, can ultimately enable complex functionalities. Because of this curiosity, I decided to delve deeper into this field by pursuing the Computer Hardware Engineering track in Duke’s ECE program.
This semester (2025 fall), I am taking courses in CMOS VLSI Design, Computer Architecture, and C Programming, which I believe will not only strengthen my technical foundation but also better prepare me for my future career and the summer 2026 internship I am currently working toward.
Interests
I have a wide range of interests in computer-related areas. The ones that interest me the most are operating systems, Verilog Programing, VLSI design, and computer architecture.
